The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lectures, hands-on training, and workshops to equip students with the necessary skills to become Solar PV Manufacturing Technicians . The course is focused on the Green Jobs sector, aiming to develop skilled professionals for the solar energy industry . Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development & Training Delivery Develop and structure the training program based on industry standards. Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on Solar PV module manufacturing, components, and installation . Deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to ensure student understanding. Provide real-world insights into solar PV manufacturing processes and best practices . Student Guidance & Skill Development Mentor and support students in their learning journey. Conduct assessments to track progress and provide feedback. Ensure students develop job-ready competencies. Health & Safety Compliance Train students on maintaining personal health & safety in manufacturing facilities . Ensure adherence to safety protocols in all practical training sessions. Collaboration & Industry Engagement Coordinate with solar energy industry professionals for guest lectures, site visits, and exposure programs. Work effectively with other trainers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
